Support Bahu blog was launched by Comrade Saranapala. a longstanding leftist and trade union activist at a Simple ceremony held in Guru Medura, Colombo on April 02. A number of trade union, student and civil society activists attended the function. Media activist Dharmasiri Lankapeli, University lecturers Dr. Terence Purasinghe and Dr. Nirmal Ranjith Devasiri, Rev. Fr. Sathyawel, X-group activist Pradeep Jayarathna and Comrade bahu addressed the gathering. Patric Fernando of Diyasa Group chaired the meeting.
